Robo Race
RoboRace is a thrilling remote-controlled robotic racing event where participants control high-speed electric vehicles. They showcase their skills in precision driving, engineering, and innovation in remote-controlled racing technology. Bot which completes the given specific task is considered as the winner.
EVENT FORMAT:
• The Event is based on time trial system and points system.
• Track Surface and course line for the event may have unevenness.
• Obstacles in the race track is placed which will try to slow down the bot.
• Arena for this event consists of some obstacles like speed breakers, switch bridge, ramp, slippery path etc.…
• Bots will be raced individually to complete the track with all the checkpoints covered.
• Penalties are added to the total time based on the fowls performed during the race.
BOT SPECIFICATIONS:
• Bot should be within the dimensions max of 30 cm30 cm30 cm and min of 202020 cm
• Bot must be powered electrically only and use of IC Engine and hydraulics are not allowed.
• Bot weight should not exceed 3kg (±10% tolerance).
• Both wireless and wired are allowed.
• Electric voltage anywhere in the bot should not exceed 12.60V at any instant of time.
• Batteries must be sealed, immobilized electrolyte type (i.e. Lithium, Nicad, gel cell or dry cells).

RULES & REGULATIONS
• Team should have minimum of 2 members and max of 4 members and participants from different colleges/schools are allowed to make as a team.
• Bot for this event should satisfy according to the specifications provided.
• Each member of the team should have their identity cards.
• Bot should not damage the arena and no test practice will be allowed on the arena.
• If the Bot crosses a checkpoint, and moves off track, then the Bot would be placed back on the previous checkpoint crossed with penalty.
• If the Bot by any chances falls from the bridge, Bot will be kept back to the previous checkpoint crossed with a penalty.
• Bot must be ready when the call is made for your team.
• Team members will have the opportunity to touch or reset their bot position during the run and this leads to time penalty and timer will not stop during this process.
• Points will be provided based on the time to complete the track and number of checkpoints cleared by the bot.
• No team will get second chance to participate after the completing the track with less points.
• Structure of the bot should not be changed during the competition.
• Organizers are not responsible for any other misunderstanding and Organizers decision is final.
DISQUALIFICATION:
• Bot should not leave any of its parts during the run, else it leads to disqualification.
• If any of the bots start off before the start up call, counter would be restarted and the bot will get second chance. If repeated, then the team will be disqualified.
• No two players should share any of the parts required to participate in the event including the attachments ~ batteries, casing, circuit or any other body part. If found, the entire team/ college will be eliminated without any further communication.
• Any disputes or altercations between participants and organizers will lead to team’s disqualification.
• Teams violating any one of the all above mentioned rules will be disqualified.
