Participation Pass & Inspection:
● Every participant MUST purchase an entry pass before the competition
● Pass verification will be conducted immediately before each flight
● Without a valid pass, participants will NOT be allowed to fly

COURSE & FLIGHT RULES
Course Description:
The course includes hoops of various sizes, ladder obstacles (horizontal and vertical), hover zones, and additional obstacles as announced.
Time Limit:
● Maximum time allowed: 5 minutes per attempt
● Timing begins when the drone lifts off and stops when it crosses the finish line
● Exceeding 5 minutes results in immediate disqualification
Ground Touch & Rearm Rules:
● If the drone touches the ground or crashes, the pilot MAY rearm and continue flying
● Timer continues running during ground touches and rearm periods
● Each ground touch incurs a 10-second penalty
● No limit to the number of rearms allowed within the 5-minute window
Pilot Movement:
● Pilots are allowed to move along with their drone during the flight
PENALTIES & DISQUALIFICATION
Obstacle Penalties:
● Hit (touching an obstacle): +5 seconds per hit
● Skip (bypassing an obstacle): +10 seconds per skip
● Ground touch/crash: +10 seconds per occurrence
Disqualification Offenses:
Exceeding 5-minute time limit | Flying without valid entry pass | Equipment below minimum specifications | Dangerous flying | Battery swapping mid-flight | Changing pilots between rounds | Unsportsmanlike conduct
SCORING & RACE FORMAT
Final Score Calculation:
Final Score = Raw Time + Penalties Example: Raw time: 150 seconds + 3 hits (15s) + 1 skip (10s) + 2 ground touches (20s) = Final Score: 195 seconds
Winner Determination:
● The team with the LOWEST best score from their two rounds wins
● Tiebreaker order: Better second-round score → Fewer total penalties → Fly-off round
Round Structure:
● There will be 2 rounds for each team
● The same pilot must fly both rounds - no substitutions allowed
● Best of two rounds will be considered for final ranking
● Flight order determined by registration or random draw
Practice Runs:

● Practice flights must NOT be conducted inside the obstacle course
